Hidden Rivers Distillery

I founded Hidden Rivers Distillery with one goal in mind: distilling a high-quality, flavourful and refreshing Gin using the best locally sourced botanicals. The first Gin I produced is called Garrison Creek, a super refreshing floral and citrus forward Dry Gin that pairs perfectly with Tonic for a classic G&T or elevates your favourite Martini with a crisp citrus flavour.  This Gin is a must for anyone who enjoys a relaxing evening drink or experimenting with fun new cocktails.
